
Meet The Team... 
Timothy R. Brose - Mr. Brose has more than
31 years experience with The David Joseph family of
companies. Tim began his career in 1978 in the headquarters
office in Records Management, then moved to Yard Operations in
1983. He has served in a variety of positions in Wilder KY,
Newport KY, Norfolk NE, Baldwin FL, and was promoted in 1998 to
General Manager of the Cocoa Group, with oversight responsibilities
for Daytona, Rockledge, Palm Beach, Riviera Beach and Pompano, FL
yards. In 2002, Tim was promoted to Vice President of
Operations for all of the Trademark Metal Recycling Yards and was
promoted to President of TMR in 2009. Mr. Brose holds a BS
Marketing/Management degree from Jones College. 
Michael Walbridge - Michael "Wally"
Walbridge joined Trademark Metals Recycling in 2002 as Chief
Financial Officer. Mr. Walbridge brings to TMR over 25 years'
experience in the precious metals, aggregate mining, cement and
concrete products industries. Mr. Walbridge holds an
accounting degree from the University of South Florida and an MBA
from Saint Leo University. 
Michelle Alcathie-White - Ms. Alcathie-White
joined TMR in 2005 as Human Resources Manager, then was promoted to
Director of Human Resources in 2006. Ms. Alcathie-White
has over 13 years experience in Human Resources. Ms. Alcathie-White
holds a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Administration from
Saint Leo University. 
Doug Graham - Mr. Graham has been a part of The
David J. Joseph family of companies since 1992. Doug served as a
brokerage rep in The David Joseph Omaha and Houston trading offices
prior to serving as the District Manager in the Houston and
Portland trading offices. In 2006, Mr. Graham was promoted to
Vice President, Commercial for Trademark Metals Recycling.
Mr. Graham holds a finance degree from Pennsylvania State
University. 
Mitch Damp - Mr. Damp has been a member of the David Joseph family of companies since 1990. Mitch was a founding member of the DJJ Metal Group in 2000. He has served Metals Group in various commercial management roles, including DJJ LLC nonferrous metal positioning, and direct nonferrous Asian sales development. In 2007, Mr. Damp was promoted to the Nonferrous Director for Trademark Metals Recycling. Mr. Damp holds an MBA degree from Xavier University.
